Rebuild Service
All transmissions are completely disassembled, Cleaned and carefully inspected prior to going for rebuilding. All the latest updates and modifacations are performed, and only high quality parts are used during the rebuild so we are therefore able to give a full warranty. Before the valve body is mated to the main transmission case, it is put through rigorous testing on the most technically advanced machine of its kind.TGCTransmission Gear Center utilizes valve body testing machines. This machine actually runs each valve body through its paces as if it were installed in the transmission. It also allows the technician to fully monitor and control what the valve body does at all times,and make the necessary modifacations and changes new gaskets, seals, sealing rings, clutch plates, bands + filter are fitted as a matter of course. All other items are assessed and replaced as necessary.
The torque converter is cut open, rebuilt and modified to strengthen it and reassembled.
All spares for the gearboxes are available
Transmissions are all air tested
